Such a great spirit. We worked together in the mid 70's. She always guaranteed me a laugh. She came to ski club and fit right in even though she could not ski. She just loved to play practical jokes and always did so with a straight face and then came her great smile as her eyes lit up because she knows she got you. You could not get mad at her and you certainly could not get even for she was already planning her next joke. We missed her but we knew her heart went to Elmer and we were happy she was in good hands. Now they are together again. God bless her.

My condolences to the Spratford family. When My Mom and I marketed Carol's home, we got to know her, that's always a rather intense time and we saw quite a lot of each other. Carol was such a bright, vivacious lady, we enjoyed getting to know her and I'm very sorry to hear of her passing.

My deepest sympathy to her family. As a child, my parents took her to many amusement parks and vacations with us. She always had a really good time- always was a joy to hang with.
Rest in peace my cousin. Jay and Steve Maikisch

Carol was truly a special person. She served on the Planning Board with me and that is where I met a wonderful, funny and very thoughtful woman. She was so filled with life and I will miss that smile and laugh. My husband and I were truly saddened to hear of her passing and you will all remain in our thoughts and prayers.

Carol and I were exactly the same age and grew up in Middlesex Boro, N.J. I have fond memories of attending countless family gatherings with her family in Middlesex. Carol will always be remembered as an attractive and smart girl who was extremely energetic. Always had a great sense of humor and was very kind.
I look forward to a time when we will meet again on a paradise earth. The Bible promises that very soon there will be a time when the dead will be resurrected back to a paradise earth. As Revelation 21:4 promises " And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be any more. The former things have passed away"

Carol was one of a kind. She was a very generous and loving soul and I'm very happy that I got to know her for almost 2 decades. I did get to meet Elmer before he passed on also and he was always happy to see me when I visited. Every time I would visit her to help her with her computer(s) she was always willing to cook a meal for me while I was working or simply crack open a couple beers to have with her and catch up on what's new. I will miss her terribly but I know she definitely lived and enjoyed a full life with her wonderful family and all of the traveling she had done. She seemed to have so much energy. She was truly an amazing woman. God Bless you Carol and the whole family.
