I was so sorry to hear of Helen's passing...I worked with her in the Bergen County Council's office for a few years, around 1962-1969...I was 18-25 or so and loved teasing back and forth with "Mrs. Karpinski"...Mr. Milton Lasher was our boss at that time, and Sylvia Pressler was also present. As an office group we went to dinners and I saw my very first broadway show with the girls from the office. If I am not mistaken she was at my wedding !My thoughts and prayers are with her family today. Peggy McHugh Windheim
