Obituary of Paul Jay Ratner
Paul Jay Ratner, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2019.
He was born in Brooklyn, NY on May 26, 1939 and was a lifelong resident of Warren Township, NJ.
Paul was a graduate of Rutgers University and received his Master's Degree from Columbia University.
He was a dedicated teacher at North Plainfield High School for over two decades.
Paul enjoyed fishing, antiquing and was an opera aficionado.
He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend. A kind, gentle, sweet, caring, intelligent person; always there for his loving family. He will be sorely missed and remembered in the hearts of all who knew him.
He is survived by his sister Susan B. Carroccia and her husband Enzo; niece Lisa and nephews Daniel and David Guido.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ. Interment will follow at Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge.
