Lois’s family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5:28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I am sending you a link with more information on this hope.

Lois was a sweet lady and enjoyed talking with her. She always had a kind word and was an inspiration to everyone that knew her.

I will always remember Lois who was such an encouragement to me as a new Christian. We were both in a group that sang at the Water Street Mission in N.Y.
from Central Bible Chapel.
One rainy night at 11P.M. my car broke down as I went to my part-time job and she lent me her car late at night.
She was a dear saint of God. She is with her Lord.

I have SO MANY fond memories of Lois - her laugh, trips to the beach, her Sunday School class, her deep devotion to our Lord and Savior. It was her input (and her sister Margaret's) that helped me become the person I am today. She was an amazing servant of our Lord. Love to all the family.

Lois met me in 1957,when my sister and I came to the Bible Chapel in Palisades Park,NJ. She had a wide smile and radiated a deep trustfulness. Her testimony of her love of God and His salvation drew me close to her and years of Sunday School learning chapters of scripture were inspired by honest care and love for us. It is difficult to grieve her "home going" as she found the thought of seeing in truth what she loved by faith a wonderful truth. Her daughter Carol has made us feel a part of Lois' walk these years. I will always love you Lois... I rejoice you are with our God and pray for the comfort of your family and friends, 'that little girl'....
