From the days where you taught me the proper way to clean......”a convent.” I’m still hoping that constitutes a skip the line ticket to heaven....LOL. You were that anytime friend to call if I ever needed that dose of comfort, your words of wisdom were so soothing to the SOUL I could feel at ease in my own skin. With a simple line swirl drawing, you’d fashion it to look like the Virgin Mother holding Jesus, the valuable art lesson.....less is more and that’s the way you walked through life. You inspired in me the art and zen of seeing that I made crucifixes out of branches discarded by nature bringing new life to something once living (kind of paradoxical). I could hear you saying to me with each cross I made....”Stop focusing on the crucifixion and start focusing on the Resurrection”. My reply....”Sister, I’m not there yet.” You’ve made such great impressions in my life, I will always carry you in my heart ....I love you.❤️
