There aren’t many good words to say about this person who stole money from his family and friends to fill his greed.

Met Cliff many many years ago randomly. He was a great guy...helpful, caring person and from the tributes from all his friends, it’s very evident he lived a great life. I pray you are with God now and that your family is full of great memories and Are at peace.
Your friend,
Jerry

I guess it was like Cliff to go first. I'm not surprised that he is leading the way. I'm sorry of course that he is gone but my thoughts and memories of Cliff revolve only around fun, and the excitement of doing something fun and worthwhile together, all the trouble we got into notwithstanding! Mostly, I remember all the trouble, which of course was the most fun!
It was a real pleasure roaming around with you buddy, whether its was the D-backfield or the RT-28 crawl!
Rest Easy!

Cliff and I had so much fun when we were young. During our Senior Year of HS he was truly my dearest friend and soulmate. At our Senior Prom we danced to Jim Croce’s “Time in a Bottle”. I still have the little “box full of memories” - a keepsake from that night, with a champagne cork and a tiny heart from my corsage in that little box! Of course, the best memories of our time together will alway be kept deep within my heart. The vibrant passion for life, deep faithfulness and love of adventure that we shared with our families and friends at that time allowed us to blissfully enjoy some of the best and happiest days of my life. I will forever cherish the fun we had at Watchung Hills —the pep rally’s, football games, diving meets, picnics, parties, our tennis games, hikes and early morning rides to see the sunrise on the beach! Learning to eat lobsters and snails with Renee and Bernice, followed by trips to PA to visit Aunt Shirley and pick up meat! Holidays together, college visits, lots of letters and little gifts, bouquets of roses and payphone calls; a few beers and some tears followed by sometime apart, until Renee’s wedding and then visiting her and John for the Bicentennial in Boston with fireworks and the Pops! (Both the melting ice pops John and Renee wanted us to sell and the famous Boston Pops orchestra playing on the Charles River!) Although time, distance and life’s commitments kept us apart, the memories we created during those years together will forever remained in my heart.
My deepest condolences to Wade and George, and to Cliff’s children and extended family members, whom I am truly sorry I have never had the chance to meet. I hope someday we have the opportunity to do so. May your faith and strength help you through this difficult time.
May the Lord Bless you and keep you, May he grant you peace, give you rest; raise you up to shine like the sun, and hold you in the palm of his hand.
God speed, Cliff
Forever,
Nancy
