Obituary of Adrian Samarin

Adrian Samarin, age 30, passed away on August 20, 2020 at his home in Michigan. Born in Odessa Ukraine, Adrian grew up in Green Brook and has resided in Michigan for the past five years. Adrian was incredibly intelligent, strong, and exceptionally skilled at playing the piano and the guitar. He was an excellent cook and loved preparing meals for his family. He also enjoyed traveling, but most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends. Adrian valued learning and strove for self improvement, even through many hardships and challenges in life. He was genuine in character, always tried to do his best for others, and lifted his family and friends with his humor. Adrian had a kind and generous heart and he will be missed by all. He is survived by his parents Khalida Samarina and Igor Samarin; two sisters Joyce and Marina Samarina and a host of loving extended family and friends. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4 to 8 pm at Higgins Home for Funerals 752 Mountain Blvd. Watchung, NJ 07069. The funeral service will be on Thursday at 10 am at the funeral home and the interment will follow immediately at Holy Name Cemetery in Jersey City.
