My sister Carmen was an angel here on earth. She was the most self-effacing person I have ever known. She was valedictorian of her eighth grade class. She was understanding, kind, generous, self-sacrificing, patient, and amicable. She was a true Catholic in her heart and her deeds. She was always an inspiration to me. When my granddaughter was so ill as a baby, Carmen prayed for her and gave us hope. Carmen will be in my heart, always.
