I spoke to Ted a couple of days before he entered the hospital, so I know how much he was suffering. He suffered long. Now he will have rest.
Ted, thank you for all that you gave to me, all you taught me, all you shared. I will always remember your humor, enthusiasm, and your memories of the cherishable things that are no more. I take solace in the thought of your reunion with Cathy, your great love.
