Remembering that little guy who was always with his Father to the young man he'd grown and blossomed into. Dev was like that additional little brother when Mr. Johnny worked on my Mom's campaign in Plainfield and it was like seeing family whenever we ran into each other, especially working out at the YMCA . To the Entire Walcott Family , to all of his Friends, I sent my deepest condolences and the prayer that the Lord comfort each heart and mind. He was a special young man and so I dedicate this candle to the Light and Love that is his legacy.
