Obituary of Alfred A. Perchaluk
Alfred A. Perchaluk, born in Hillside, NJ to Alfred and Anna (Maskarinec) Perchaluk, passed away on March 23, 2022, peacefully after a long illness.
Al attended school in Hillside and then went to work for the Hillside Board of Education for 38 years, retiring in 2012.
Al was an active member in the Christ Fellowship Church in Elizabeth, supporting the addiction recovery program, and was a member of the Praise and Worship music choir.
Al loved music, the movies, especially those from the 40s and 50s. He enjoyed concerts and dining with friends.
He is survived by his brother, Cappy (Barbara), and sisters, Suzanne Sibilia (Anthony), and Karen Hresko (Richard); 4 nieces; and 7 great-nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased recently by his brother, Richard.
