Ted McCracken, my former husband of 20 years, a man of many talents, a steadfast father and stepfather who was exceptionally intelligent, A terrific pilot who also refurbished an apartment when he welcomed my mother into our home to live for many years. For this and many other acts of kindness and generosity of spirit, I will be eternally grateful. A self-made individualist, he will be missed by family and friends. My heartfelt condolences to Lorna, my dear daughter and stepdaughters, Rebecca, Laura and Lesley.
