Michael is deserving of the many wonderful memories and praises he has received. I would like to add one that comes for the years we met, over sixty years ago, from September, 1959. Michael excelled in my classes, Latin and Religion. But he had another gift. As his public speaking coach, I consulted him whenever we needed travel directions to the many schools we competed in. Michael knew well and could explain clearly labyrinthian travel by subway. Even then he showed evidence of the bright, kind gentleman he would become. Thank you Michael for the qualities and gifts you shared with us. My heartfelt condolence to Adrienne, the adored companion and love of his life.
