Oh Honey, Time is going by but I miss you and shad tears every single day just the same. I don't believe I will ever get used to the idea of you being gone. I talk to your pictures in every room. Life feels so lonely without you. Your passing has really shown me who our true friends are. Every time I read that poem it brings more tears to my eyes. I do hope you are in a better place, with your family gone before you. I love you and will love you until we meet again. I am still hoping to see you in my dreams.

Uncle Dale, I still remember the 1st time we met. It was 1953, I was 7 years old and you were 14. My mother, your big sister,
finally took us to meet her family in South Dakota. Being from NJ it was quite a different world. I still remember asking your Dad
Grandpa Leonard, where the bathromm was and he pointed to the outhouse!! I was taken back by the way you and Don could ride
a horse full speed with no saddle or reins. You and your brothers were hard working farm boys. I got to really know you when you came to New Jersey. You can take the boy out of So Dakota but cannot take the solid mid-western upbringing out of the boy.
You were always a soft spoken hard working man. I was blessed to your nephew.
RIP Uncle Dale
Love,
Roger

Honey, I miss you so very much. We were lucky enough to reach old age but losing you hurts so much. You were the best husband, easy going, kind to all and never angry. You accepted whatever life threw at you as if it was a gift. You put up with my outbursts and temper with a smile on your face as if you were watching a show. We were always together, never one without the other. You always did whatever I wanted without a fuss. The past few weeks have been tough as I am learning to live without you. Everywhere I look I see you, sitting on the sofa, in your recliner, up on the roof, working on your antique car in the garage. Every morning I continue seeing these visions and the tears start rolling. I am happy we had such a long life together and as I relive the memories it makes me smile and cry at the same time. I loved you dearly 54 years and will continue to love you every day. Until we meet again my love.

When my first husband died he would call me and check on me, he would come mow the lawn for me and he sold the cars for me. He was a great man, rest in peace. Love you Sherri.
