It was my great pleasure and honor to know Barry for many years. Along with his work friends Bob and Ron, we spent many happy hours discussing the issues of the day and especially hearing Barry's proud stories of his daughters' athletic prowess. As others have noted here on this wall, he was a gentleman, always cheerful, never anything but gracious. Barry will definitely be missed!

Barry was the best college roommate a man could ask for. Never saw him mad. Never saw him stressed out. Just loved life. You will be missed Barry. More than you will ever know.
Love ya man

Barry and I grew up together in Millington. We went to the same elementary, middle and high school. We were on the same little league team and spent many summer days playing playing basketball at the Strand family house with a host of other neighborhood kids. Barry was the person you enjoyed being around. He was unassuming, embracing and quick witted. I will always have fond memories of him and the Coriell family.

The sadness of knowing Barry Coriell has left us to make his transition into the next step of his eternal life is overwhelmed by the joyous memories of all he contributed to his family, friends, and community. His volunteer work to help his church, his local Y and other organizations is inspiring. His ability to train his dog Brutus to bring the newspaper into the house is an obscure talent, but the joy, represented in his smile, with which he lived his life is a treasure that Barry shared with so many of us. It will always be with me, and I suspect, with everyone he touched.
Barry’s genuine care for others leaves a beautiful model behind to strive for. Thank you for your wonderful life, Barry Coriell.
