“Georgie” was out patient at Davita for the last hew years of his life. We will miss him so much. George always had a story to tell. I spent a lot of time talking with him during his treatment. I learned all about his family. He loved you all so dearly and was proud of his children. His granddaughters were his pride and joy. He was SO PROUD of his girls (and rightfully so!). He often talked about their successes and the many trips he took with them over the years. How lucky you were to have made so many happy memories with your grandpa! I always told him how those happy times would remain with his granddaughters always. After his house was destroyed, I’d keep him updated on the progress of the new house, since I lived close by to the property. We’d have a good laugh at such a huge house being built on that small plot. We thanked God he was able to pull himself out of the rubble. It was a miracle, for sure.
On behalf of my coworkers and myself, our sincere condolences at this sad time. Always remember the happy times with George. He’ll be watching over you all, forever.
