I just learned of Val’s passing, which shocked and greatly saddened me. Valerie was a great neighbor and friend. She adored this house (pictured) in Plainfield and restored and lived in it for more than 30 years. I will truly miss her zest for life, infectious laugh, and indomitable spirit.
