Norm was one of those guys that seemed to be around my entire life in Warren. I especially remember him as one of the folks that helped train me when I was a new member of the WTRS….thirty seven years ago. If I recall, he was also one of the very first EMTs in NJ when we switched from the "5-Points certification". May his memory be eternal.
