My mother Kate and my elder daughter Marianne, who both met Maurice several times in France, England, and the US, join me in offering our heartfelt condolences to your family for the loss of Maurice, a thoroughly nice and straightforward man. I know from experience that it is good to have a close and supportive family to call on in such moments.
