I want to extend my condolences to Mr. Blumert's family on his recent passing.
I am a 1974 graduate of Somerville High School and Mr. Blumert was my former Science teacher. He was one of those teachers you just never forget! His dedication to his students was always evident, and his kindness will never be forgotten.
I am very grateful that our lives crossed paths.
